140 g powdered sugar
160 g room temperature butter
100 g walnuts
4 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla sugar
For the icing:
4 egg yolks
100 g powdered sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
50 g dark chocolate
Zest of one lemon
