Ingredients for 4 servings: 2 baby Romaine lettuce 1 ciabatta 5 anchovy in olive oil 1 clove of garlic 30 g parmesan cheese 2 egg yolks 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp mustard 80 ml olive oil Salt and black pepper
