Ingredients for 8 servings:
1 whole chicken (1.3 kg)
1 carrot
1 green pepper
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 sticks celery
1 bay leaf
30 g butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
300 g yogurt
3 egg yolks
40 g vermicelli pasta
Salt and black pepper
parsley for serving
