1 package of rice paper
250 g pork minced meat
50 g vermicelli glass noodles
150 g raw shrimps
1 egg
20 g ginger
1 clove of garlic
1 carrot
2 spring onions
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp sriracha sauce
Sunflower oil for deep frying
For the dipping sauce:
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
20 ml rice vinegar
20 g ginger
Sunflower oil for deep fry
Iceberg lettuce for serving
