Ingredients for 6 servings: 250 g all-purpose flour 2 eggs 170 g yogurt 50 g dried blueberries ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp baking powder 4 tbsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla sugar Zest of 1 lemon 1 pinch of salt Sunflower oil for deep frying For serving: 60 g powdered sugar 1 tsp cinnamon
