I love this corn fritters with one of my favourite roasted red pepper sauces ever – Romesco sauce! It’s Delicious! Food channel L - a new recipe every odd day of the month! Ideas for delicious and homemade food! Ingredients for 4 servings: 2 corn cobs 100 g all-purpose flour 80 ml milk 1 egg 2 green onions 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp hot smoked paprika Salt and black pepper 50 ml olive oil For the Romesco sauce: ½ red onion 2 cloves of garlic 4 roasted red peppers 40 g sliced almonds 1 tbsp tomato paste ½ tsp hot smoked paprika 20 ml red wine vinegar 50 ml olive oil 1 sprig of basil salt
