Ingredients for 12 pieces:
For the choux pastry:
250 g all-purpose flour
220 ml milk
120 g butter
5 eggs
1 tbs sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
For the vanilla cream:
1 litre milk
190 g sugar
180 g room temperature butter
5 egg yolks
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
