Ingredients for 4 servings: for the meat and eggplants: 250 g beef mince 2 eggplants 1 tsp cumin powder ½ tsp coriander powder ¼ tsp allspice powder 1 pinch of cinnamon 80 ml extra virgin olive oil + Salt and black pepper for the crispy bread: 2-3 pita breads extra virgin olive oil for the chickpeas: 150 g cooked chickpeas, rinsed and drained 2 tbsp lemon juice Salt for the garnish: 60 g ghee 60 g pine nuts 50 g pomegranate seeds 2 sprigs mint for the yogurt sauce: 500 g thick yogurt 1 clove of garlic 2 tbsp tahini 1 sprig mint salt Music: www.epidemicsound.com #fatteh #aubergine #eggplant
