Ingredients for 6 servings:
4 courgettes
200 g halloumi cheese
1 clove of garlic
40 g breadcrumbs
60 g all-purpose flour
½ bunch of dill
2 eggs
20 ml olive oil
Salt and black pepper
Olive oil for frying
For the sauce:
200 g thick yogurt
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
