Ingredients for 2 servings: 400 g Nile perch fillet 50 baked almonds 2 slices white bread 4 sprigs of parsley 1 clove of garlic 2 sprigs of basil 1 tbsp mustard 50 ml olive oil 1 lemon for serving Salt and black pepper
