400 g boneless chicken thighs
500 ml vegetable stock | 2½ cups
200 g basmati rice | 1 cup
2 cloves of garlic
2 onions
1 tbsp Garam Masala
2 carrots
50 g raisins
50 g peeled roasted almonds
1 lemon
50 g butter
1 pinch safran
½ bunch coriander
