A classic Italian recipe from the beautiful Sicily! Pasta alla norma is a magical, very simple pasta! The original recipe calls for “ricotta salata”, but I didn’t use it, so I finished with some pecorino! Bon Apettito! Food channel L - a new recipe every Monday, Wednesday and Friday!
