Ingredients for 12 pieces: For the cake: 250 g all-purpose flour 200 g softened butter 150 g brown sugar 4 eggs 200 g pumpkin puree 125 ml milk 60 g cocoa powder Zest of 1 orange 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp pumpkin spice For the pumpkin cream: 500 g mascarpone cheese 140 g powdered sugar 250 ml whipping cream 300 g pumpkin puree Juice of 1 orange 1 tsp vanilla sugar For the ganache: 100 g dark chocolate 100 ml whipping cream 2 tbsp liquid glucose 20 g butter
