2 kg leg of lamb
4 sprigs of rosemary
2 cloves of garlic
2 sprigs of thyme
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oregano
50 g softened butter
30 ml olive oil
Zest of 1 lemon
Salt and black pepper
