For the dough:
400 g all-purpose flour
7 g dry yeast
1 tbsp olive oil
250 ml lukewarm water | 1 ¼ cups
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
For the topping:
250 g mozzarella cheese
200 g chopped tinned tomatoes
1 tsp dry oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
