This is a holiday offer! Instead of the classic puff pastry I use filo pastry and instead of beef, pork fillet. The recipe works with fish fillets, chicken and turkey meat. Ingredients for 6 servings: 2 pork tenderloins 4 sheets of filo pastry 80 g prosciutto crudo 1 tbsp mustard 1 egg 1 tsp olive oil Melted butter Salt and black pepper For the mushrooms mix: 250 g mushrooms 1 shallot 1 clove of garlic 2 sprigs of thyme 30 g butter Salt and black pepper
