This was something my mother was prepairing for special occasions and guests. We can say that this recipe is old school now, but I like the taste a lot. Let me introduce you meatloaf “Stefani style” or just Bulgarian meatloaf!

Ingredients for 8 servings:
800 g pork and beef mince
1 onion
2 slices of bread
1 egg
150 ml milk
½ tsp cumin powder
Salt and black pepper
For the filling:
6 hard boiled eggs
3 boiled carrots
2 pickles
30 g butter
Bread crumbs
Sunflower oil
